Launch Pad.

When asked to describe what it’s like to live at the Phoebe on Queen, the current owner replied, “I know it’s a cliché but those who say you can’t have it all, have never lived here.” Nestled in the heart of Toronto’s shopping and entertainment district, your new home is steps away from a veritable playground of fun: stores galore, music, clubs, movies, theatre, art galleries, restaurants and bars. The Jays are picking up their bats as we speak and TIFF is just around the corner. Have front row seats to both!

If you get bored of all the excitement outside your door, you can kick your feet up and relax in your very own oasis of calm. Perhaps you feel like cooking a gourmet meal for yourself OR that special someone? The east-facing bedroom will be your best friend when sleep finally beckons. When dawn breaks and it’s time to hit the grind, you’re a short walk to the Financial District, street-car and subway with a choice of dozens of gourmet coffee shops to fuel your commute.

Whether you’re a workaholic or just need to stay connected, a dedicated home-office space is ready when you are 24/7 to get the job done. OR if bringing work home isn’t your style, this room functions brilliantly as a fully functioning guestroom. In or out, night or day, work or play, this unit offers what you need, when you need it.

Hi Everyone,

We hope you are all keeping healthy and safe at home - what a few weeks it has been! With the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, we wanted to update you on how we plan to continue working and what we are seeing in the market.

Realtors have been deemed an essential service (for now) by the province of Ontario, mainly so that buyers/sellers who have upcoming closings during this time are not left stranded. While our office has ceased all in-person meetings and showings, we are able to continue business for our clients (through phone calls and Zoom/Skype) who are planning their listings or still looking to invest in the market.

We have been watching the market very closely. We are seeing some sellers (including our own) hold off on listings, some condo buildings have banned showings altogether, some properties and units are selling as expected while others aren’t selling or are being taken off the market. There’s a reason everyone keeps using the word “unprecedented”. We’ve never gone through this before and there is so much uncertainty. One thing we do know, the longer this lasts, the bigger its impact will be.

The best advice we can give our clients is to hang tight, stay home and put the health of your loved ones first. If you want to talk about real estate or just say ‘hi’, give us a call! We love Zoom, Skype, Facebook, FaceTime, WhatsApp… the list goes on.

We’re here for you. Be safe friends!
